BIOGRAPHY

Patrick Lawrence is an independent director, editor, videographer and screenwriter from St. Louis, Missouri. He is a recent Film and Media Studies graduate of University of Missouri-St. Louis, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. His growing portfolio includes several short films, music videos, commercials and documentaries. In November 2012, his short film The Stakes was invited to the St. Louis International Film Festival, he also won "Best Editing" for the film at the 2012 St. Louis FIlmmakers Showcase. 

As a music video director, his work on Vice Vega's “Saw Her There” won the 2011 Fair St. Louis Music Video contest which earned the band the opportunity to open for A&M Records’ Maroon 5. Lawrence has also directed several videos for pop star, CeCe Frey, who was recently featured on Fox's "The X Factor," reaching 6th place overall.

Lawrence aspires to bring his own gritty realism and inventive cinematic techniques to the Hollywood film industry in the years to come.
